Straight Forward
We provide pre inspection reports to sellers to ensure that some of the deficiencies found in at the property can be addressed and resolved before the property is listed in the local MLS program. This procedure makes a much smoother and transparent transaction for both the buyer and the seller.
Detailed Reports
We pride ourselves in providing a detailed report with a summary section that highlights some of the more important concerns a buyer or seller might consider with a follow up inspection with additional experts such as electricians, roofers or HVAC technicians.

Our experience in real estate goes back to 2004 when Dawn obtained her Certified Appraiser License.
Both of us have been involved in construction with many completed projects since 2002. Dawn obtained her contractors license in 2016 . Todd has a vast amount of experience dating back to 2002 with general construction projects and he is currently involved with many commercial plumbing projects. We have a large amount of knowledge but utilize other reference sources to ensure a buyer or seller is well informed and understand the information we provide within our reports
